Product Description
Roll Oil 28 is based on highly refined paraffinic base oil and selectedadditives to enhance lubricity and load carrying ability.
Features and Benefits
This product is blended from selected base oils and high performance additivesto permit excellent reduction capabilities, low oil consumption, and excellentcooling ability. Additionally, Roll Oil 28 permits an excellent surface finishand brightness to be achieved.
Applications
- Cold rolling of stainless and high carbon steels on multi-roll as well as 2 and 4 high rolling mills.
- Cold rolling of copper alloys with quarto roller mills
- Can also be used in low pressure hydraulic systems of ferrous and non-ferrous rolling mills. Excellent compatibility with rolling oils such as Somentor E and H series products
